Kialo is a mission-driven company based in Berlin, Germany, founded with the goal of making the world a more thoughtful place. In 2019, we launched Kialo Edu as a platform designed to teach students how to discuss issues with logic, self-reflection, and civility. Starting from a central thesis, students add pros and cons, engaging with each other’s arguments to build an interactive map of the entire discussion. Since its launch, Kialo Edu has been helping educators and students around the world to have engaging discussions, train critical thinking skills, and practice civil discourse. Because our mission is to make the world more thoughtful, Kialo Edu will always be free.
