Introduction
We have developed a leading digital identity platform, Convergence.Tech Identity (C.TI).
C.TI is powered by the world’s leading identity protocol, OpenID Connect, in addition to emerging self sovereign identity standards such as W3C Verifiable Credentials and W3C Decentralized Identifiers.
C.TI was launched in 2019 and grew rapidly throughout the COVID19 pandemic and subsequent 3 years. C.TI has been used by over 600 organizations across over 12 countries. C.TI currently serves many industry segments such as within Education, Healthcare and Government services.
Specifically, C.TI has supported various provincial governments in Canada (Nova Scotia Ministry of Education and Ontario Health) and other provincial and national governments and agencies across the world (Australian State Government and Singapore Ministry of Health).
C.TI comprises 3 core components: Web Portal, Cloud API, and Mobile Wallet which effectively serve the needs of all entities involved in modern identity transactions: Issuer, Holder, and Verifier (relying party).
C.TI provides capabilities to create organizations which serve as Holders controlling their personal information, Authentication Providers, Identity Providers as well as Relying Parties and brokers interactions between each utilizing OpenID Connect as the core claim and attribute exchange protocol.
